A former dairy farm that following a period of diversification converted an old farmhouse into a children’s nursery.

We provide monthly management accounts to allow the owner to see a clear comparison between actual performance and budgets, which assist the owner with decision making.

Outsourcing this to Sentry has saved the client the cost of having to hire an in-house finance manager.

We are also able to liaise with the client’s external accountants in relation to payroll queries or yearend accounts saving client time and bother.

Recently we have carried out an additional piece of work on budgets, modelling various occupancy levels to help the owner determine the best course for further expansion.

As a result of this budget work and a solid business plan, the business has been able to secure a new business loan to fund future expansion plans.
