Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive office administrator to provide comprehensive admin support across various departments, including marketing. Working closely with the Director’s Support and Advisory/HR Support in the Administration department.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves general office administration and supporting marketing activities to help drive our company’s success.
The position is full time (37.5 hours) Monday - Friday. Part time hours would be considered.

The Role - Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, internal/external post, and greeting visitors.This may include organising a lunch for client meetings.
- Assist in the planning and administration of marketing campaigns, company meetings, promotional activities and events.
- Updating the website and manage social media accounts by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Support the creation and distribution of newsletters, email updates, and promotional materials.
- Assist with the company vehicle administration, including tax renewals and updating the Insurance database.
- Annual driving licence checks.
- Administration of the annual H&S farm audits and any other H&S administrative support required.
- Prepare farm meeting packs.
- Typing minutes of meetings and circulate.
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Supporting the Directors Support and Advisory/HR with generic administration at busy periods.
- Organising and circulating birthday cards for signature. On special occasions this will include organising a collection and lunch time celebration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms, and website administration.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
