Land & Property Advisor - Planning & Diversification Focus - Job Ref 113

Due to continued expansion, Sentry is looking to recruit a Land & Property Advisor to strengthen our growing Land & Property team.

This role is ideal for someone with experience — or a strong interest — in planning and farm diversification projects, looking to work across a wide range of progressive rural businesses.

You will work closely with clients to unlock value from land and property assets, with a particular focus on:

• Planning applications (Permitted Development & full planning)
• Farm diversification projects and alternative income streams
• Development appraisals and viability assessments
• Supporting clients in growing and adapting their businesses

Alongside this, you will gain exposure to estate management, commercial property, and wider rural consultancy work — offering a varied and rewarding role.

• Experience or strong interest in planning and diversification projects
• Ability to work with clients and manage projects from concept to delivery
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive mindset with a desire to build client relationships
• APC/CAAV or similar is advantageous but not essential.
