Business Solutions is the advisory element of Sentry Ltd, one of the largest farming businesses in England. We provide consultancy and management advice to farmers and landowners across the UK.
We are offering a Graduate Rural Business Advisor position for an Autumn start.
As a Graduate Rural Business Advisor, you will:
- Assist with current workload and ongoing consultancy projects
- Support senior advisors with background analysis
- Work closely with clients and the wider team
- Develop new opportunities within the business
- Establish your own portfolio of expertise within 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Grant applications
- CSS and SFI applications
- Budget and cashflow planning
- Manure and nutrient management
- Supporting Sentry Membership initiatives
- Assisting with management projects
Development Programme
- Minimum two-year structured role
- Annual training plan
- Personal Development Plan within first 6 months
- Internal, external and on-the-job training
- Regular appraisal process
